How it works

One workflow, from the customer’s door to the manager’s desk.

FieldPulse is simple for agents, clear for supervisors and controlled by administrators. Here’s what a day looks like for each of them.

The journey of a lead

Reliable data, even when the network isn’t.

Every record follows the same path. If the signal drops, it waits safely on the phone and carries on later — so a lead captured in the field is never lost or counted twice.

  1. Stage 1: On the agent’s phone

The lead, location, times and photo are saved on the phone first — even with no signal.

  2. Stage 2: Uploaded when there’s signal

Records upload automatically, once, in order. Nothing is deleted until the server confirms it.

  3. Stage 3: Checked by FieldPulse

The server verifies the evidence, sets the classification and flags anything unusual.

  4. Stage 4: Visible to managers

Supervisors and managers see the lead, the visit and the figures for the teams they manage.

For field agents · Android app

A working day with FieldPulse

Five tabs — Home, Leads, Visits, Follow-ups and Profile — and one main action: New lead.

  1. Morning

Sign in and start the day

The agent unlocks the app with a PIN and taps Start day. Their start location is recorded, and tracking runs while the working day is open.

  2. At each door

    Capture the lead

Customer name and type, plot and street, contact number and interest, then a photo of the premises with the FieldPulse camera. A fresh GPS fix is taken when the lead is saved.

  3. Before saving

    Review and confirm

A summary shows everything, including the Hot, Warm or Cold result. Warm leads need a follow-up date. Once confirmed, the record can’t be edited on the phone.

  4. Through the day

    Follow up

Reminders bring back warm leads. The agent records a revisit or a call, an outcome, a new date or a conversion.

  5. Evening

    End the day

The agent ends the day; tracking stops. The Visits tab shows clearly what is still on the phone and what the server has received.

For supervisors & managers · Web dashboard

Stay on top of field activity without chasing anyone.

Supervisors see their own teams; regional and country managers see their regions or the whole organisation. Each sees exactly what they’re responsible for.

Know who started

If no login has been received by the start of the working day, the supervisor is alerted — unless the agent is on leave or it’s a holiday.

Watch the day unfold

The dashboard shows leads, classifications and follow-ups for the team today, with each agent’s last activity.

Review movement

Open any agent’s day on the map: route, leads, stops and GPS gaps, with estimated distance and time.

Act on alerts

Long inactivity, tracking switched off and other issues raise alerts to acknowledge and resolve.

Get the summary

Midday and end-of-day team summaries can arrive on WhatsApp, with agent-level figures only — no customer details.

Approve exceptions

When GPS or the camera wasn’t available, or a correction is needed, the supervisor approves or rejects it with a reason.

For administrators

Set FieldPulse up the way your organisation works.

Country managers and administrators control the structure, the rules and who can see what. Every permission is enforced on the server, and changes are recorded in an audit log.

  • Set up regions and teams, and add supervisors and agents
  • Move people between teams while keeping each record’s history
  • Draw sales territories on the map
  • Set working days, hours, holidays and leave
  • Choose evidence rules such as GPS accuracy and location age
  • Approve new devices and revoke lost ones
  • Schedule WhatsApp reports and choose who receives alerts
  • Export reports to Excel or CSV for the teams in their scope
