Features
The tools to capture, verify and manage every field opportunity.
FieldPulse gives agents a fast, guided way to record leads in the field and gives managers verified data to run their teams. Here’s what each part does and why it matters.
Lead capture & customer records
Record every prospect completely, at the door.
The problem Notebooks and chat messages miss details, and incomplete leads can’t be followed up or measured.
How FieldPulse helps
A guided form on the agent’s phone collects what a good lead needs, in the order a visit happens, and checks it before anything is saved.
- Customer or representative name and customer type: home/residential or business/commercial
- House, plot or property number and road or street name
- Contact number in international format, checked for validity
- The customer’s interest, and their consent to having details recorded
- A warning when a lead looks like a duplicate of an existing customer
- A review sheet before saving, so mistakes are caught on the spot
The benefit: every lead in your pipeline is complete, comparable and ready for follow-up.
Customer classification
Hot, Warm or Cold — decided consistently, every time.
The problem When each agent grades leads their own way, managers can’t tell which opportunities really deserve attention.
How FieldPulse helps
The classification is set automatically on the server from the customer’s answer. Agents can’t change it, and an authorised manager can override it with a recorded reason.
- Shown with a word and an icon, never colour alone
- Warm leads can’t be saved without a follow-up date and time
- The original classification is kept when a lead later converts
The benefit: a pipeline you can compare across agents, teams and regions.
GPS & timestamp verification
Know where and when each visit really happened.
The problem Without location and time data, there’s no way to tell a genuine visit from a lead written up later, somewhere else.
How FieldPulse helps
Each lead takes a fresh, high-accuracy location fix at the premises. The fix is checked for age and accuracy, and stored with both the phone’s time and the time the server received it.
- The start-of-day location is kept separately and never reused for leads
- Stale, low-accuracy or mock locations are blocked or flagged
- When GPS isn’t available, the agent requests an exception that a manager approves
- Location, times and accuracy can’t be edited after saving
The benefit: verified activity you can coach from, pay against and report with confidence.
Photo & visit evidence
A photo of the premises, taken in the moment.
The problem Photos picked from a phone’s gallery prove nothing about when or where a visit took place.
How FieldPulse helps
The FieldPulse camera is the only way to add a photo — there is no gallery option. The photo is linked to the lead, the agent, the time and the location, and its fingerprint is checked when it reaches the server.
- Original photos are stored unmodified; thumbnails are made on the server
- Revisits can record a fresh location and an optional photo
- Every view of a lead’s photos is recorded in the audit log
The benefit: evidence that stands up when results are questioned.
Field agent activity
See each agent’s working day on one map.
The problem Managers often can’t tell whether a quiet day was a bad territory, a phone problem or no work at all.
How FieldPulse helps
Agents start and end their working day in the app. During that time the app records location points, and authorised managers can review any agent’s day: route, leads, stops and gaps.
- Start and end of day, lead locations and movement shown separately
- Estimated distance, active time and stops — clearly labelled as estimates
- GPS gaps, tracking switched off and visits outside the territory are flagged
- Territories drawn by managers appear on the map
Tracking runs only during working days within scheduled hours, and agents are told what is collected. Phones and networks can’t guarantee unbroken tracking, so gaps are reported rather than hidden.
Lead follow-up
Keep every warm lead moving until it closes.
The problem Interested customers are forgotten when follow-ups live in an agent’s memory.
How FieldPulse helps
Follow-ups become tasks with reminders on the agent’s phone. Each one ends with an outcome — a visit, a call, a conversion or a new date — so nothing stays open by accident.
- Overdue, today and upcoming lists for agents; overdue counts for managers
- In-person revisits record a fresh location and an estimated distance from the first visit
- Conversions are recorded without losing the original classification
The benefit: more of the interest your team creates turns into sales.
Dashboards & reporting
Performance you can see, compare and share.
The problem Spreadsheets compiled at month-end are too late to change the result.
How FieldPulse helps
Each manager’s dashboard shows the agents, teams and regions they’re responsible for, calculated on the server from the verified records.
- Leads, classification mix, follow-ups done and overdue, conversions and estimated field time
- Breakdowns by agent, team or region for today, this week or this month
- Alerts when no login is received by the start of the day or an agent is inactive
- Daily summaries for supervisors on WhatsApp, through the official Business Platform
- Excel and CSV exports of leads, follow-ups, attendance, movement and performance
The benefit: decisions based on what happened today, not on last month’s guesswork.
Mobile & web access
The right tool and the right view for each role.
Agents work in the Android app; supervisors and managers use the web dashboard. Access follows your organisation’s structure and is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.
- Sign-in with a phone number and password set up by a manager, then a PIN to unlock the app
- Leads, revisits and the lead list work offline and upload automatically
- Agents, supervisors, regional and country managers, and read-only analysts
- Team moves keep each record’s history; new devices can require approval
- Each organisation’s data is kept separate from every other organisation’s
The agent app is available for Android. The architecture is ready for iOS, which is planned.
